Many weeks ago, I took pictures of Freiburg, but I totally forgot to post them!

My summer

My summer was SOOO great!
I loved the time in Taizé (France) and in Berlin (Germany's capital)- it was just so much fun!!
The rest of the summer I spent with my family and friends. I absolutely loved this summer!
Unfortunately, school started again. Already. Waaaay to early. It's not fun to work a lot and stay at the school in the afternoon for 3 days of the week. But I'm very glad that I can sleep in on Mondays and Wednesdays! But that's like the only good thing about school...plus seeing all of my friends again.Oh yeah, and some of my new teachers are amazing!! But the rest is not much fun at all.
I wish it was summer again!!! :)

Giotto-Cake

Today I felt like baking a cake, so I decided to make the Giotto Cake I saw in the cake book.
I think it turned out pretty well, so here's a photo! :)
(By the way: It's called Giotto Cake because we call the kind of spheric sweets on the top of the cake Giottos^^)

Midnight Swimming

So now that we have a pool, I invited a few friends and we played a couple really funny games, so it got dark pretty fast. When we wanted to go swimming, we noticed that it was already almost midnight! But still, the water wasn't really cold, so we went swimming anyway. IT WAS SOOO MUCH FUN!We're really gonna do that again!
After that, we were a little cold so we went into our sauna to warm up again. It was awesome, believe me!! :)
My friend Lea and me had a sleep-over, and we slept on my balcony. It was superb! The sky was full of stars, and I saw three shooting stars! Lea even saw five!! One of them was like really, REALLY big and bright. I've never seen a shooting star like that before! It was just a fabulous evening!!!♥

Well, so I thought you might like some pics of where I live and stuff, so- here they are!
I took the ones in the beginning in and around Neuershausen, the small village I live in.
The house on the one photo is our house, and the pool is our new pool. Oh yeah, and the balcony you can see is mine- my room is where the window and the glass door on the right of the balcony are. My brother's room is to the left.
I'm pretty sure I told you about our pets(the ducks), so here's a pic of them, too. Aren't the little ducklings just SOOOOO cute?!
I also wanted to take pictures of Freiburg for you a few days ago, but unfortunately, it was raining, so I thought I'd better take the photos another time I go to Freiburg, when the sun is shining.

Sand Dunes

Wow, der Ausflug war so cool! Kann sich irgendjemand vorstellen, dass es ca. 1 1/2 Stunden von hier riesige Sandduenen wie in der Wueste gibt? Man wird einfach immer wieder von Neuem ueberrascht!! :)

WOW ist es hier HIESS!!! Es ist grad mal Mai und schon ueber 30 Grad heute! Es ist der Wahnsinn. (Vor kurzem waren wir Schlittschuhlaufen...-schoen kuehl!!) (Och Mann, ich will, dass heute Freitag ist- dann wuerde naemlich heute der Pool gleich um die Ecke aufmachen!)

Aber unseren Sportlehrer haelt es natuerlich nicht davon ab, rauszugehen und jede Menge anstrengendes Training zu machen, nachdem wir Gewichte gehoben haben! Letztes Mal hat sogar einer gekotzt...ja, eineR! Hier haben wir naemlich mit den Jungs Sport! Wir sind so ca. 8 Maedles und 20 Jungs, aber wir muessen trotzdem so hart trainieren wie die Jungs! Koennt ihr euch eigentlich vorstellen, wie ANSTRENGEND das ist?!

Naja jedenfalls- heute war Yearbook signing, die letzten 2 Stunden. Ich hab kein Yearbook gekauft, aber ein RMHS-Shirt, auf das ich alle schreiben lassen hab! Sieht echt kreativ aus!! :D Muss ich bald mal ein Foto reinstellen...

Am Samstag waren wir bei WAHOOZ. Man kann nicht so genau beschreiben, was das ist- es gibnt eben SEEEHR viele Spiele wie z.B. Autorennen oder so und dann gibt's aber auch noch GoKarts, Minigolf und BUmperBoats! War echt voll witzig! :)

Uebrigens: Hoechstahrscheinlich geh ich, wenn die Schule hier endet, eine Woche nach Kalifornien, (weitlaeufig) Verwandte besuchen!! Und wir werden u.a. 3 Tage am Meer sein und surfen ueben! Ich freu mich schon sooo!!!!! Hoffentlich klappt alles!!!!!
